• Serial Confirmation: Submitting a serial booking form creates a chamber serial request. Your appointment time will be confirmed via phone call or SMS from our chamber staff.
• Chamber Arrival: Patients are kindly requested to arrive at Desh Medicare (Balaganj, Sylhet) 15-20 minutes before their scheduled visiting hours (04:00 PM - 08:00 PM).
• Reschedule or Cancellation: If you are unable to attend your scheduled serial, please notify our hotline (+880 1700-000000) at least 2 hours in advance.

Dr. Rajib Deb Nath follows strict scientific rational prescribing standards. Patients must provide accurate medical history, previous prescriptions, and known drug allergy information during consultation.

Insulin dosages and chronic illness prescriptions (hypertension, diabetes, thyroid) should never be altered without consulting the physician.
